On April 10th, Post-It® Brand hosted the 2013 Post-it® Brand Collection and Gallery Exhibition at Openhouse Gallery in Soho.  Shiraz Events  helped to decorate the space, including the installation in the middle of the space. Robert Mann had framed artwork on the walls and Greg Adamson had a book of  Post-it®s with artwork on them displayed.

D Jay Jung spun current tunes as waiters passed around Post-it® Poptinis and Post-it®-sized bites that were almost too cute to eat…almost!

The company showcased their new mobile attach & go line and their new tape dispensers.

It was nice to run into the same people from last year too! Tim Moynihan was on hand to introduce me to the Post-it® Big Pads, which I initially saw at SXSW and much like last year, Post-it® ‘s philanthropic station for Adopt-A-Classroom. This year the design was a Post-it® by numbers. The colors of the Post-it®s determined the picture and on each Post-it®, attendees wrote an encouraging message to students at a school that was affected by Hurricane Sandy.

Suzanne K. Strom introduced me to the brand new Post-it® Designer Notes Signature Series. The project was a collaboration with 16 top designers and artists from around the world that the brand felt would pair well with their vision. The products offer a more boutique-worthy, giftable product.

The second room showcased the brand new product, Scotch® Expressions Tape. The room was decorated by Alton DuLaney, who has been on shows like Rachel Ray and HGTV’s Small Spaces.
It was a great event and I look forward to how they’re going to push the envelope next year!
